How does what you eat affect your mental health?
As far as I concerned, depending on what I eat, it affect my mental health. That's why when my stress relieved when sometimes I drink a glass of beer with a delicious food. The other thing is I prefer some foods that is filled of the care of a chef to Bibimbap that I made in person when I feel sad. I think It contains a lot of nutrients so It gives me more energy. So I recommend when you feel sad, go outside and eat very delicious food.^^
