Absolutely dogs should be banned from the park.
That's because dogs can hurt people passing through the park.
Personally, I am so scared of dogs because they can hurt me by biting me.
And the park gets dirty with their feces.
If the park isn't clean, people will no longer be able to use it as a resting place.
