I am willing to do everything necessary to be successful at the job. In my previous experience at an HR consulting company, I can sense a growing demand for work and life balance. If working overtime is required to be successful at your company, I would prefer to work overtime. As a data specialist at your company, I would need to assist clients with ESG-related inquires and collaborate with data analysts to improve interfaces. Covering a wide range of work would require me to come earlier or finish later than the designated working hour. Indeed, it is crucial to utilize limited time efficiently to increase productivity, and I learned from previous experience that it is critical to use a limited timeframe wisely. Only the time will tell, but one time is precise. I am flexible to utilize my extra time for client and company success and myself.
