Dear Don,

In Korea, Young people have to respect older people. that is Korea traditional custom. When I was young, I respected senior people and they had a lot of experience then me, so I have to learn a lot from them. Korea language have a honorific expressions. so young people have to say honorific sentence to older people. when I was young, I said to people my age is older then other people, because of our traditional custom. but as you know my age is over 50, so I want to decrease my age. in Korea, we use lunar birthday. so it is pass Dec. 31 and even if it is Jan. 1, we don't count add age. if it is pass lunar birthday, we count adding age.
