Although a government tries to give services to all people, all people can't take the services. I used to join a volunteer club. When I was a member of the volunteer club, I taught mathematics to students of a countryside elementary school. They had no places to spend time, until their parent come back home. Doing volunteer is also good for volunteer workers. Volunteer workers can feel as like that the world needs you.
