When I feel stress first, I should eat.
After I'm full, I can think more wisely.
Another way which reduce stress is not thinking anything.
When I'm stressful, I can not sleep because thoughts are made more and more. I need to remove them to sleep.
So I listen to Youtube audio program when I get asleep.
Sleeping is the best recovering way for both body and mental.
The other way is meeting friends.
I love to hang out with friends. I can talk, drink, and laugh.
They reduce my gloomy feeling.
When I meet them, I usually eat delicious foods and go to the hot place.
The mood in the place make me excited.
