My best motivation to do a great job is the salary. There are various values when we think about a great job. As I getting old, the money makes me feel satisfied only. But I do not like to work for an illegal thing for the money. I mean it is very worth of it in terms of working in legal way. Many people eagle to work in a big company which makes them more stunning and being proud. But they do not know it is hard to survive and a company does not guarantee the full time job forever. I heard about early 40's in Samsung, they feel worry about their future and they do not want to promote at all. If their payment is getting higher after promoting, they will be on the list which can fire at first. I do not want to be a part of machine. We have to prepare our future and I think the money is the utmost motivation to work harder.
